How many days is the shipment process?
I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY ITEM AND AM DISSATISFIED ON BEHALF CUSTOMER, WHAT CAN I DO?
For defective or incorrect items as well as changing mind not to use them due to customers’ satisfaction, we guarantee a 7-day exchange or return policy for product return upon receiving date, subject to the following terms and conditions listed below:
1. Item must be in its original purchase condition.
2. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
3. Gifts with Purchase and samples must also be returned if it is included in the purchase.

For returns, please email us at Contact-Us with your order number, information on the affected item, reasons of return and some images clearly showing problem. All returns will be reviewed first by checker atand must meet the requirements above. For valid return claims, you may decide between the following options:
1. Refund
2. Replacing the product with a new item of the same original order
3. Credit Voucher for the value of purchase online
CAN I TEST THE PRODUCTS BEFORE PURCHASING THEM ONLINE?
As we are an online store, we do not have an option to test the products before purchasing them. However, we do have a dedicated team of beauty experts that are ready to answer all your beauty questions. They are well-versed on every product we carry - and even use them in their daily routines.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING FEE?
FREE!! As long as your order with total price above 500 baht (after deducting discounts/credits) Orders under 500 baht will incur a shipping fee of 50 baht.
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and on Public Holidays.
HOW MANY DAYS IS THE SHIPMENT PROCESS?
We usually delivers all orders placed with successful payment by 2 PM on the next business day.
